CarHaulHQ is software provided to licensed auto-transport carriers ("carriers") and, through them, to their customers.
CarHaulHQ provides shipment tracking, automated text updates, an AI phone receptionist, and billing tools. Shipment information is supplied by the carrier; CarHaulHQ is not the carrier, does not transport vehicles, and is not a party to any transport contract between a carrier and its customers.
By opting in on a tracking page you agree to receive automated shipment-update texts from CarHaulHQ. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are responsible for the accuracy of their dispatch data, for their own regulatory compliance, and for their subscription fees (billed via Stripe). Either party may end a subscription at any time; access ends at the close of the paid period.
When CarHaulHQ collects an optional add-on payment from a carrier's customer (for example, extra personal items in a vehicle), the payment is processed by Stripe and paid out to the carrier's connected Stripe account. CarHaulHQ retains a platform share of each such payment — 10% unless a different rate is agreed with the carrier — which appears itemized on the payment in the carrier's Stripe dashboard.
CarHaulHQ does not cover payment-processing costs. Stripe's card-processing, payout, and connected-account fees on add-on payments are borne by the carrier: on percentage deals they are included within the platform share; on cost-passthrough deals they are itemized in the per-payment fee.
The service is provided "as is". Estimated arrival times and AI-generated responses are best-effort information, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarHaulHQ's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding three months.
