Privacy Policy

CarHaulHQ provides software to licensed auto-transport carriers: shipment tracking pages, text-message updates, and an AI phone receptionist. This policy covers what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Shipment information — order details (vehicle, route, status) supplied by the carrier handling your shipment via their dispatch system.
• Contact information — your phone number, if you submit it for text updates or call/text a number we operate.
• Call and message records — when you call a carrier's AI receptionist or exchange texts with a number we operate, we keep a record (including transcripts) so the carrier can serve you.
• Account data — for carrier customers: login email, name, cell number, and billing records (payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers).

Text messages (SMS)

Phone numbers submitted on our tracking pages are collected solely to send automated shipment-update texts via SMS. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

How we use information

To operate the service: showing tracking pages, sending the updates you asked for, connecting calls, and billing carriers. We share data only with the carrier handling your shipment and the service providers needed to run CarHaulHQ (messaging, telephony, payments, hosting). We do not sell personal information.

Chrome extension (Dispatch Copilot)

The extension runs only on Super Dispatch pages you open. It sends order details to your CarHaulHQ account solely when you click a Send, Import, or Copy button, and sends load-board city/state pairs to look up map coordinates. It stores your extension key and preferences in your browser. It does not track browsing, does not read other sites, and does not sell or share data with anyone except the service providers that operate CarHaulHQ (messaging, telephony, hosting). Remove the extension to stop all of this; text (315) 272-9613 to delete stored data.

Retention & your choices

We keep records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. To opt out of texts, reply STOP. For questions or deletion requests, text (315) 272-9613.
