Start-up portal privacy

Information you provide
The portal stores your email address, a protected password record, email-verification status, and the contact and business details you enter. These may include your name, phone number, business location, requested company name, truck details, requested services and notes.
If you sign a service agreement or limited power of attorney, we keep the signed document and its signature record, including your typed name, signing time, internet address and browser information.
Payments through CarHaulHQ
Secure card checkout is provided by Stripe using CarHaulHQ's payment account. Your card statement may show CARHAULHQ. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page; this portal does not collect or store your full card number or security code.
We retain the service or fee purchased, amount, payment status, and Stripe transaction references so we can credit your order and resolve payment questions. Stripe receives the checkout information needed to process your payment. See Stripe's privacy policy.
The $799 Everything bundle is a service fee. Government and other third-party charges are separate. Any additional fee shown in your dashboard requires a separate payment action.
How this information is used
We use your information to verify your account, prepare and track the services you request, maintain signed authorizations, record payments, provide support and protect the portal from misuse. Information needed to complete an authorized filing may be shared with the relevant agency or service provider.
Verification and account-recovery codes are sent by email. If you choose text updates, the portal sends service and payment updates to the phone number you provide through Telnyx. You can reply STOP to opt out. The portal also notifies Vlad about service activity.
Sessions and records
The portal uses a necessary sign-in cookie and keeps session and activity records to support login, prevent abuse and record changes to your account. Account, filing and payment records are kept to operate the service and support completed work.
